Please join us in the Children’s Center at the Central Library in downtown Dallas for a 2-day Art Workshop on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 16 and 17 at 2:00 pm. Capture the best moments of your favorite story as we use a variety of drawing techniques to do book illustration. Participants need to come with the title of their favorite book. The workshop will be supervised by Jonathan Carr, whose background includes book and comic book illustration. No registration is required, and you are welcome to attend both days of the workshop or either day separately. This class is recommended for ages 8-14.
Please note that this program will take place during DISD Spring Break and is open to homeschoolers as well as school children, and will be held in the Children's Center of the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library, 1515 Young St , Dallas , TX . Please join us for this fun and educational program in our temporary space on the first floor of the Central Library.
